Electronic Agreement

This Electronic Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Adaptive Insurance ("Adaptive," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, using, or purchasing our products or services ("Services") through our website, mobile applications, or other digital platforms (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Accept," "Agree," or a similar button or checkbox, or by otherwise using our Platform, you consent to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement is legally enforceable as if it were a signed written document.

Consent to Electronic Communications
Scope of Consent: You agree to receive all communications, disclosures, notices, and documents (collectively, "Communications") electronically. This includes, but is not limited to, insurance policy information, billing details, updates, and regulatory notices.
Delivery Method: Communications will be delivered via email, through the Platform, or by other digital means.
Hardware and Software Requirements: You must have access to a device with internet connectivity, a supported browser, and the ability to view PDF documents. It is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain the necessary technology to receive and retain Communications.

Electronic Signatures
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your electronic signature (e.g., clicking a button or typing your name) has the same legal force as a handwritten signature.
You will not contest the validity or enforceability of electronic signatures under applicable laws.

Updating Your Information
You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact information, including your email address and phone number. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes.

Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting us at terms@adaptiveinsurance.com or 1-877-595-5515.
Withdrawal of consent may result in the suspension or termination of your access to certain features of the Platform or Services.

Access to Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any Communication by contacting us at terms@adaptiveinsurance.com or 1-877-595-5515. We may charge a fee for providing paper copies, as permitted by law.

Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Agreement on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
